Cancellation Policy

By booking services with OCD-STUDIOS DESIGN, clients agree to the following policies. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed upon payment or approved reservation. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the session fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Consultations provide professional guidance, strategy, and recommendations. Implementation or ongoing services are not included unless outlined in a separate agreement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required materials, and timely approvals to support service delivery. Project timelines may be adjusted if materials or approvals are delayed. Advertising budgets, platform fees, and third-party expenses are separate from service fees and are paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. While services are delivered using professional standards and industry best practices, marketing performance and business results cannot be guaranteed due to external factors beyond company control. All concepts, materials, and strategies remain the intellectual property of OCD-STUDIOS DESIGN until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, clients receive agreed usage rights unless otherwise specified. Booking a service confirms acceptance of these terms and policies.
